Our Newborn Session

Ok, so I know that 80% of my posts on this blog thus far have been pretty baby heavy but I promise to mix it up as soon as I've shared all the joy that is bursting at my seams. I wanted to share this phenomenal infant photographer I found. Jennifer Blakeley is one talented mama. She's located in Niagara Falls and exlusively photographs newborns within the first 10 days of life. Jude was just 6 days old when he made his modelling debut and it was amazing to watch Jennifer move and position him so delicately. Our little guy managed to stay sound asleep for the duration of our shoot making Jennifer's job a little easier.

I highly recommend her for anyone interested in newborn photography! They don't stay this small for long and I wanted to soak up every second of it.

My Maternity Shoot

I'm super excited to share the little photo shoot I did with Katie Harrison of Low Key Studio (located in Hamilton). She did such an amazing job capturing this beautiful time in my life! We both wanted to create something very candid, natural and of course, nothing too cliche. We lucked out with special Canadian spring weather that day which made shooting outside A LOT more fun. We shot the majority of the photos in our bedroom and I could not be happier with the results. 

If you're looking for a photographer for any occasion, I highly recommend this lovely lady.
